told me that they were now doing drive through Covid tests. But they have not added anymore personal to help. You always have a wait there and the people working are always running around working.

So I said something about, "How much does the CEO make" and another guy who worked there told me, "$1,500/hour."

That's what the CEO makes and they won't hire more people so their regular people are not worked to death.

Here ya go: 29 million/year the rat bastard makes.

So sorry.

This is all about the understaffing of pharmacies, which has been in the news for the past year or two.

If there’s a drive through window, maybe you could go and get better service. Or just keep hanging in there.

Our doctors usually call our prescriptions in.

I assume because it is a new drug and very expensive and they had to fight with the insurance to get me covered.

It's a drug called Nucala - for a terrible type of asthma I have developed and I can only get it once a month. This will be my third treatment.

They're really not little, they have at least 8 pharmacist working most of the time. But they're not connected to a major chain. They take phone-ins by recording. If you have the script # leave a message. They will refill in a couple of hours. If it's a renewal they will call the doctor and get the approval. Ready in 24 hours. Anything else, like not having the script #, press 0. Usually answer right away.

Sorry for the long wait. That's just not right. Can you change pharmacies? Or drive there and order in person? Or is it one of those on-line pharmacies the insurance companies are in partnership? I had problems with them. That's why I switched to a local pharmacy.
