Thanks to Meta, I learned today that "pa" means "personal attack" and not "Dad!"

Saw a jury result posted yesterday where all the alerter said was "pa". I clicked on the link and didn't see a single post in that thread where someone was talking about their father.

Earlier today Electric Monk made a post in Meta where he talked about a "pa" and "personal attack". I then made the connection.

There are times when I ought not be posting, serving on jury duty here, driving or operating machinery.
