I'm drooling to know what's inside! Is it riches, or is it the modern day Geraldo Rivera revelation prank?
The safe has a note attached, saying whoever could open it could keep whats inside.

Well, it doesn't look at all like the one inside the hidden Marion Carll Farmhouse in Long Island, NY. I checked: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7289511/Pictures-unveil-incredible-abandoned-1860s-Long-Island-Farmhouse-eerie-family-portraits.html

My guess, though, it that's it's actually a life-sized statue of Trump's dick. In other words, the safe is empty.

(17,250 posts)Mathes, who was out of town when the safe was discovered in his field, said he doesnt know who left it there. But he now plans to hide it, saying its more fun to leave it locked.
If you open it, the shows over, he said. In these times, with the virus and the politics, it might give people a chance to set their problems or troubles aside and have a lot of fun talking about it.

(38,354 posts)What was locked inside the safe was a 40-year mystery.
The combination had defeated locksmiths and befuddled former employees at the hotel it once occupied.
That was till two weeks ago.
That's when the safe was opened by an unwitting visitor to the Vermilion, Alta., museum, where the safe sits in the basement.
