It's a painting of Petey Otterloop from Cul de Sac. I'd never heard of it, but if Bill Watterson thinks enough of it to paint one of the characters for the strip's auction supporting Parkinson's research, it must be pretty dang good.

They even made a reference to it at one point, but that was years ago and I don't have a fucking clue how to find that specific strip.
