I am 72 and BP is 119/60 resting heat rate of 45 and normal heart rate sitting is 62.

I'd expect the resting heart rate to be the lowest heart rate. How did you manage to have aheart rate of 54/55 if your resting heart rate is 89?

And, are you measuring your pulse in Centigrade or Fahrenheit?
Or are you just trusting that Apple watch?
