Soup is ready who wants to come over

I made a huge pot of stuffed pepper soup.
2 pounds ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
2 sliced bell peppers
6 cups water
1/4 brown sugar
Salt pepper
2 cups rice
2 tea spoons beef bouillon
I doubled this recipe and pulled a swag scientific wild ass guess cooking. And I used beef broth as well. A lot more diced tomatoes and probably five pounds burger and six bell peppers. And jar of tomato sauce.

I save chicken bones in a baggie in freezer, and then when enough is accumulated, make a bone broth in the Instapot. Store that in containers in freezer, thaw out as needed, add some chopped veggies like pasiilla peppers, zucchini, broccoli, whatever. Maybe some cooked brown rice and leftover chicken. Makes for a hearty meal, with plenty of minerals and vitamins.

The broth is so rich it will gel in the fridge.

I make the lazy person’s version of this with a bag of Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry, no chopping.
