1. I remember years ago reading about some guys in Minnesota shotgunning northern pike

I guess they spawn up streams like salmon. I knew a guy who’d grown up there so cut the article out. Ran into him at the pizza place and showed him the article. He said I know those guys! I guess it was pretty common out there in the sticks. Actually my dad said they used to do it when he was a kid in Florida. Not sure what kind of fish, but he said they didn’t really shoot the fish per se, they’d just stick the barrel in the water and the concussion would stun them.
