Tombstone put pizza ovens in all the bars that didn't serve food. Beat the hell out of pickled eggs.
I am trying to put names with some the faces I remember from Taylor County many years ago.

Home-made dough and fresh ingredients for the sauce. But I don't think lattice will work on it.
Unless it's Chicago style. That's more of a casserole, and a lattice top over the pie might be doable using scrap dough twills with lots of parmesan, parsley, and garlic rolled into the scrap dough.
