Anybody doing pub quizzes w/friends or family?

I ‘d like to learn how you do it. Skype, Zoom, FaceTime? Who’s the moderator, how do you make your guesses (no buzzers, right?)? I’d like to try it with my family, but I don’t know where to begin.
