so I thought I would make another hair post because I'm high as fuck.
I have not combed or brushed my hair for about 5 years now. I do brush my beard however.
I'm 61 with a decent head of hair. I just kind of run my fingers through it, backwards. If I'm going out somewhere, I'll put some fiber creme in it first so I can shape it better.
Any other men not comb or brush your hair?

(3,492 posts)I have really long hair, if I went without brushing it, it would be a tangled mess. Especially after headbanging at a concert or something.

(23,322 posts)Hes got amazing hair. He showers at night and runs his fingers through it and wakes up with a wavy beautiful head of hair. He gets it cut every 5 weeks...until now when no one can get their hair cut. He doesnt even own a hair brush. He got it from my dad who had a gorgeous head of hair his whole life.

(9,667 posts)but the tRump protest beard I started in November of 2016 gets a daily brush or two. It's about ZZ Top length now and needs it.

(25,862 posts)I'm horrified.
It's dirty. It probably smells.
How long do you go without showering? Or washing your clothes?
I keep on being amazed at the people who do not shower every day, who do not put on clean clothes every day. Even without nasty, potentially fatal viruses out there, being clean is A Good Thing.

(2,513 posts)but I don't comb or brush my (now below) chin length hair.
I wash it and condition it, rake my fingers through and put a pea sized dab of curl cream through it.
Scrunch it a tiny bit and just let it dry while I'm having my morning coffee.
I get some spirally curls and some sort of wavy interlopers.
Decided to embrace the naturally messy look.
