Weird impulse buy today. Maybe it's all the virus panic that's been going on.

Was looking at the cracker aisle in the supermarket and noticed a box of Chicken in a Biskit on the shelf.

Now, I may have eaten Chicken in a Biskit crackers before; the could have very well been laid out on a cracker and cheese spread at some function or another.

However, I don't think I had ever in my life actually bought a box of Chicken in a Biskit crackers on my own.

And yet, they beckoned to me. The name--it beckoned to me.

Chicken...in a biscuit.

Or maybe it was a biskit?

Either way, the two of those concepts, all put together...it seems impossible, to have a cracker that tastes like chicken...could it be done?

So I went ahead, and for the first time ever in my life--by the fear I might never have the opportunity ever again--I went ahead and bought the box of Chicken in a Biskit.

And my thoughts?

Well...it's a cracker. With a salty seasoning.

Probably not very healthy, so I limited my intake to a few at a time.

But, uh, not bad, I suppose.

When he was about three years old, he was eating Chicken in a Biscuit crackers. His father walked in and said, "now, don't eat too much junk food." Our grandson replied, "It's okay...it's chicken!"

The very last remaining earthly delight you have now succeeded in attaining & engaging in.

You are now ready to be raptured. Don your white rapture full length white sheer robe and wait in section G on the far side of the local WalMart parking lot with the others. The heavens will soon be opening for your expected arrivals.

he and his friends drove around leaving little piles of clothes in the Walmart and other assorted parking lots.

He’s a hoot, and a libertarian, so we have lots of fun and rowdy discussions.

since they came out in the mid-1960's. They used to taste way better then.

I keep a box right next to my desk at home, the first cracker tastes pretty good, by the time I eat the fifth cracker, I'm tired of them. And I only hit the box about every week or two.

A sort of cracker which did have a taste that reminded you of bacon, if you did not eat too many in a row. Then it tasted just like some chemical or other.

Of course now I wouldn't mind having a half-dozen or so.

A few rashers of real bacon would be nice, too....

Interestingly enough, it wasn't half bad

I did not know they still made those things
