Was looking at the cracker aisle in the supermarket and noticed a box of Chicken in a Biskit on the shelf.
Now, I may have eaten Chicken in a Biskit crackers before; the could have very well been laid out on a cracker and cheese spread at some function or another.
However, I don't think I had ever in my life actually bought a box of Chicken in a Biskit crackers on my own.
And yet, they beckoned to me. The name--it beckoned to me.
Chicken...in a biscuit.
Or maybe it was a biskit?
Either way, the two of those concepts, all put together...it seems impossible, to have a cracker that tastes like chicken...could it be done?
So I went ahead, and for the first time ever in my life--by the fear I might never have the opportunity ever again--I went ahead and bought the box of Chicken in a Biskit.
And my thoughts?
Well...it's a cracker. With a salty seasoning.
Probably not very healthy, so I limited my intake to a few at a time.
But, uh, not bad, I suppose.

You are now ready to be raptured. Don your white rapture full length white sheer robe and wait in section G on the far side of the local WalMart parking lot with the others. The heavens will soon be opening for your expected arrivals.

(25,183 posts)since they came out in the mid-1960's. They used to taste way better then.
I keep a box right next to my desk at home, the first cracker tastes pretty good, by the time I eat the fifth cracker, I'm tired of them. And I only hit the box about every week or two.

(95,247 posts)A sort of cracker which did have a taste that reminded you of bacon, if you did not eat too many in a row. Then it tasted just like some chemical or other.
Of course now I wouldn't mind having a half-dozen or so.
A few rashers of real bacon would be nice, too....
