Tourists Get Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience With Whales

June & I had a similar experience during the whale watching trip we booked with the Pacific Whale Foundation on March 10. Not quite as spectacular because it was just a mama and baby breaching and they never got closer than 10 yards, but the baby breached 8 times in a row and mama twice. And the sound of those explosive exhales is indescribable. It was still one of the most amazing, utterly delightful, and profound experiences I've ever had. BTW, isn't Maui breathtaking from the channel?

Off Maui. They didn’t get quite that close or that many times, but I also got it on tape!
Magnificent!
Most of the catamaran were snoozing in the sun after snorkeling, but they woke up pretty fast.
(It was even better than driving by Magnum PI
filming on Honolulu and meeting Tom Selleck!! Also on tape)
