At 8:13, my phone rang, and I've had eight calls since then. People are freaking out...

Or is your work restricted to phone consultations?
Whatever you have to do, I wish you the best and fewer people freaking out.

(66,467 posts)I get calls from patients wanting advice about COVID-19. So far, no one I've talked to has sounded like a candidate for screening. So I tell them to stay home, to minimize the likelihood that they could get exposed while out and about.
The Tacoma Dome is holding a mass-screening today for COVID-19 for people at highest risk of exposure: medical personnel, first responders, retail and restaurant workers, etc. I think they said they had the capacity to test 1,800 patients.
