I don't really sleep,

I just float through another
world in the darkness
Different things beckon
A song, a job, a memory, a woman
some random mind rustlers
I am lost, looking for some thing.
Jumping from bar to bar,
these caged monkeys are restless.

"And not screaming like the other four people in the car with him when he drove off that cliff."

He had a massive heart attack while driving pretty fast in a rural area north of Seattle.

This was back in the 80s, and he was driving one of those massive land yachts.

He went sailing off the road, and planted pretty spectacularly into the side of a barn, the car half-in / half-out of the wall.

Luckily, he was alone in the car, and, believe it or not, survived both the heart attack and the accident. He was seventy-five.
He lived to be 93.

The photo of the car was in all the local papers.
