Today at Publix they asked me, "paper or plastic?"

I said paper, because my cat likes to play with them and they’re more environmentally friendly.

But what I’ll do for disposing of used cat litter ( I currently dispose of them in plastic grocery bags, double-bagged), I don’t know.

what I do is sift out the solids (I do that in the cat box anyway) and then when is time to change the sand, I put the used back into the bucket. There is a cat sand recycler here that cleans the sand and puts it back into the same plastic bucket and then I buy the "new" sand from them.

What kind of litter do you buy to be able to recycle it? And what type of cycling center do you go to?

At least mine did.

You’d think it was a box of Valentine chocolates.
