Yup.
On February 1, 1992 I moved into my apartment here.
And I like it here, I have just about all I need, a bedroom, "media room" (kitchen) with my computers and TV, washer, dryer, shower and bathroom.
This place was originally built as an 8-unit motel back in the early 1970's, and converted to a 4-unit apartment building.

Will you get your deposit back?

(46,327 posts)2. No carpet, just a couple throw rugs.
The linoleum has signs of being patched, and the paint job my sister, her son and I did still looks good after 15? 20? years.
(Forgot when we did it)
As to the deposit, I think I'll get it back, if I ever do move.
And quite frankly, I don't want to.

I'd be curious what it would be now. Congrats on your happy home!
