only reveals the depth of his stupidity. And he obviously is not an experienced, knowledgeable rider. Horses can sense that, too. Anyone this stupid should never be permitted anywhere near such an animal. If the horse is owned by someone else, they should be charged with negligence. West should be charged with animal abuse.
