Life's been a bit tough for a couple of years and I'm having a difficult time getting motivated. I used to do yoga or barre 4 times a week, which I never enjoyed but made myself do it, now I can't seem to make myself do much of anything.

table top treadmill all the time when I was writing my first book. I believe that the "cross training" the brain gets from this activity was helpful with the thinking process when writing. Didn't use it for my second book because I broke my ankle. As for the 60UP, have tried it a few times and I can see how it would really help with balance issues.

And clothes hanger in our room. It’s a pretty good one. I hate exercising with a passion. One of these days I’ll start up again.

aka clothes rack.

I do use it to dry my towel and suit when I swim in the winter, but I actually get on and ride for 10-20 minutes most days too.

Used to have the room to have a home gym. Not now, and I really miss it. Especially the gravity board (or as I used to call it, The Flipper Upside Downer machine). Really helped my back.

Also have a good treadmill, exercise bike, Nordictrack, stepper, and weights. Sigh....
