Been doing it for 6 months and have made a lot of headway. I have so much stuff from my parents home after they passed....much of which I held on to because it felt like all I had left of them in the wake of their deaths. I’m learning that it’s okay to let’s those things go. I see a light at the end of the tunnel and plan to forge ahead. 2020 is my year to be free of excess stuff AND kick that evil orange mofo out of the WH.

or buy another one. It really does make a sore back feel better. Also, maybe drink a wee bit less wine.

Yes, it sounds bad but it's really not. I usually don't drink unless I'm socializing, so drinking more means I'm getting out more with friends. I'm so introverted these last few years I have a difficult time making myself go out. When I do force myself to spend time with friends I almost always enjoy myself. It's just getting out there!

Because my tolerance is so high, I can barely get a buzz any more.

I'll back off a little, and see if my response improves when I do drink...
