one or two puppies. There are French Bulldog rescues, but many of the dogs available for adoption have some sort of a medical issue. But that doesn't make them any less adorable and awesome. I guess if you go through a breeder you pay at the front end (and possibly later) and with a rescue you pay at the back end.
