It's a great Christmas for me so far. I just finished listening to/watching Last Waltz and that
brings back some good memories. I was doing a little reading when my attention went to a phrase I read, "What kind of man would leave his child with that horrible woman?" The sentence refers to a man who left his wife and step-children and left his own daughter with the step-mother who could have been the original inspiration for the phrase "colder than a step-mothers heart..."
So my mind began to wander as it is wont to do and I thought that it's just human nature for some people to be horrible and for other people to wonder why. Of course there are laws that protect children, if the laws are followed. Impeachment appears to be the only law that applies to the horrible
tRUMP for many infractions, not the least of which is the treatment of immigrant children. Perhaps
soon we can put a stop to the hearts cold as ICE and turn them into hearts that are NICE. Now that
would make a good Christmas!
