At the 13:39. Saying, "I'm terribly sorry, I don't think you've read my (post) correctly." She tells some personal insults that have been hurled at her, "Can't you brush your hair, fix your teeth, make an *effort*, your private parts smell like cabbage..." Her answer is to cease and block.
