In heavy traffic.
Anybody else think this, or is it just me?
If you agree, why do you think this is?

(6,283 posts)Why merging left is easier than merging right. Because when merging left the lane you are merging into is right next to the driver's side. Your peripheral vision can cover the outside rearview mirror and the direction you're driving in much easier than turning your head and either looking at the right side mirror or completely around in order to view the right side oncoming traffic. For me, driving is based 100% on common sense.
