but when Snowbell was alive, she was very loving. But just in an aloof way. You have to read more subtle signs with cats, kinda like women like me. ha

(14,628 posts)2. I have a 6 month old male kitten who follows me around like a puppy.
He has to do everything I do. Follows me to the bath and sits on the edge of the tub during my shower, sleeps with me, has to 'help' me feed my other cats. He is my little shadow.
I had an 18 year old male who died a few years ago. He was the same way, had no interest in other cats but wanted to spend every second with me.
Female cats that I have had were more aloof, but the males are totally different, with me anyway.
Cats are weird.

but sometimes it's just the way they look at you that tells you.
And often you have to let them come to you.
