The Immortal Alcoholic blog - anyone else read that?
Just wondering. I've been caught up in reading that blog for awhile now. The alcoholic in question is now in a healthcare facility and his former caretaker/wife is requesting postcards or regular cards for him to brighten up the walls of his room. I've been sending some postcards and I thought maybe some nice people on DU would like to send a postcard too. Dying in a nursing home probably isn't a great experience and some postcards on the wall might make the place seem less dreary.
