I'm having a very weird day/night, and I'm trying to stay positive. A fart joke is better than thinking about death.

Anybody that ever disputes that single fact never lived with my old housemate. He was ex-Navy (Bottom Diver, I might add...) and he could peel paint off the walls...

Ya know, I just had a thought--since guns are a hot topic--being deadly and all--they have their own forum here at DU. Do ya suppose we need a Fart Forum too? I REALLY want to see the meta thread where that forum gets proposed!

9. When I was an active spelunker

I used to go on cave digs in Sequoia National Forest with a guy who farted like he breathed. He was addicted to instant soy milk and it gave him non-stop gas. When he was ahead of me in the cave passage we were digging out, with no air circulation, I thought a couple of times I might pass out.
