either fresh buffalo mozzarella or regular and sometimes ricotta. Fresh basil.

Some NY pizza places just don't cut it. Preferably they should be owned by Italians from Italy.

loads of cheese, fresh tomato and basil on top some times a thin spread of tomato sauce on the crust
