What warm-up exercises do you perform when preparing to post an OP?

I find that my best OPs happen after I do some warm-up exercises first. These exercises are personally tailored to enhance my posting ability and posting speed.

I start slowly with some breathing exercises to get in the right frame of mind. Then, 10 minutes of jumping jacks and 45 minutes of rapid squat thrusts. Then, with a burst of speed, I run out my front door and sprint 7 miles.

After I find someone to give me a ride home after my sprint, I am so tired that I don't give a fuck what I post, so I just usually post some random words so I can go take a nap.

While this routine seems to certainly help my posting speed and pounds per square inch finger pressure on my keyboard, it doesn't help at all with the posting content because of my tremendous fatigue.

Therefore, my work-around plan for this is to perhaps do some math word problems in my head while going on my sprint, which I hope will stimulate my mind enough to fight off the physical and mental fatigue.

I hope this all makes sense. It's all a little difficult to explain in words.

It is usually around 4:20, and I do a few breathing exercises. I use a bubble indicator to show the volume flow into my lungs.
Then I pull up to the line, and all huffed up and ready to go. Typically I have to quickly drink a small quantity of liquid (slightly chilled) to provide lubrication to the process. The posts almost always come out like this:

I think I remember things like I think (back then) when it wasn't so like, well you know what I mean, keeping it straight with the (you know about those people) when I saw the cop then it was a mad dash to stay cool.
