Childless millennials are ruining Disney World

Welcome to Disney World, the happiest place on Earth. That is, unless you’re an exhausted, enraged mom who, after chasing a three-year-old around a theme park all day, has had it with the folks who are truly ruining Disney parks: People without kids.

(T)he very upset mom writes: “DW is a FAMILY amusement park!!!! yet these IMMATURE MILLENNIALS THROW THEIR MONEY AWAY ON USELESS CRAP!!!”

No one is required to have children. I went to disneyworld when I was a single adult. Had a great time.

I just get tired of the constant millennial-bashing (and I'm not one - I am completely Gen X). People seem to think that millennials are in high school or college, but millennials are now all adults - and the oldest ones are now pushing 40.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind going to Disney World if no kids were allowed for a day - I think that would be GREAT!

Religious Cult following is the major supply of visitors to Disneyland in the LA basin. Four years ago, they were advised to not produce more children than they could care for. That group has had the major impact as to Birthrates in the US as a group.

A good friend of mine is a Gen Xer without any kids and she, along with her husband, have annual passes to Disneyland.

...often look as if they are having much more fun than parents dragging around cranky over-stimulated preschoolers who are melting down.

We went there with our sons when they were 8 and 10. We wanted both to be tall enough to go on everything, and maybe remember some of it.

They said "nicknames aren't allowed" or something. It was a computer handle and wasn't insulting/perverse in any way. Then my friend told them it was short for "Charles" and then they did it anyway.

To the matter at hand...

"DW is a FAMLY amusement park!!!! yet these IMMATURE MILLENNIALS THROW THEIR MONEY AWAY ON USELESS CRAP!!!"

Please. Every goddamn thing you can purchase at a Disney park is overpriced garbage. All of it. Every toy. Every piece of food. Everything.

That woman is 1-thousand-moms level seriousness.
