...new moms with babies! I loved seeing the new babes but i also saw a lot of animal mistreatment. I came across a dog like this..a nice hunting dog. ( it was a neighbor of my client..way out in the bazoonies). I called animal control they said since its on the reservation they couldnt come out BUT they would make a report to the authorities on the reservation and get back to me. A cpl days later i got a call from animal control. The situation was taken care of. The family just didnt realize the dogs condition. The officer educated them and had them get a harness. Next visit to my client i went up and patted the dog again..had a harness and his neck wounds were healed up. He was still a happy dog.
