I have posted negative reviews while logged in to my account, mostly about shipping and handling, in the past couple of weeks. They have had time to review them and post them but only other favorable reviews remain.

(102,378 posts)They want issues about shipping, packaging, etc. etc. to be directed to Customer Service or to the 3rd party vendor--where that is an issue.
I think that is fair and frankly, wish that Amazon would follow suit. It doesn't seem fair to the manufacturer of a given item to be judged on whether or not its seller overcharged on shipping or failed to be responsive, right?

(25,183 posts)never, ever trust reviews of a place that are on its own website. The only thing trustworthy is an independent site, like Yelp, or my favorite, Trip Advisor.
And I don't do business with Wally World. They're driving this country into poverty.

(21,910 posts)I don't trust yelp either. I tend to never read 5-star ratings because I don't believe any of them. I go for the 3 star ratings - for some reason I trust them more.

(25,183 posts)Yelp is not my go-to ratings website. Often, the ratings are from folks with poor grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors, enough to make me question the rating.
Even on Trip Advisor, I look for when the last "Terrible" rating was given, and applying the criteria above, make up my mind whether the complaint was legit, or from one of those people you just can't please no matter what. Check my username, and you can guess that I've had my share of those folks!
