So I saw Rocketman. Awwwww.....

Love the actor Taron Egerton. Loved him in the Kingman films. Adorable.

Great singer. He's not trying to do an impression of Elton. He found the power in the songs and the horrible family life he came from.

He was very committed to the one gay sex scene: It was respectful and sweet. He played Elton's flamboyant self-expression, and never went for cliche hollywood stereotypes.

I feel closer to Elton after seeing it, and I'm glad he had his story told so beautifully.

It sounds like they are two very different movies .
