I use Imgur (www.imgur.com). You have to sign up to the site and upload the photo. From there, you'll be able to get a link that you can copy and post.

I hope Boo will be ok. Did the vet give you any sense of what's wrong?

Steroid. I have two wheezers. Something in the larynx. At 13, she's still a spring chicken! How's her color? If she has pneumonia, ask about nebulizing. They should rent you a machine if it's deemed helpful. Go, Boo!

I hope the vet intends to tackle this aggressively. If you're only given a bottle of amoxicillin, that may not be aggressive enough.

We love our pets so very much, they are like our kids. Boo is in the best place, at the vet. Hopefully, all will work out well and she will be able to go home with you soon.

Dogga next door dehydrated recently. Mama was worried. Vet attended to her and she got well in two days.

Love to y'all!

If she's wheezing, she might have a hairball she can't pass. My cats get kind of a dry sounding cough or wheeze. My twelve year old has gotten dehydrated a couple of times and after fluids, a b12 shot and appetite stimulant, he has been good to go.

I'm sure Boo will be fine and you will have many more good years together.

The one my vet gave my cat isactually the same anti-depressant my mom took for awhile. A side effect is the munchies.

After vet exam and x-ray, he diagnosed her as having hairballs she was having trouble expelling. He gave her a steroid shot and gave my sister a liquid version to mix in with her food. It helped a lot. Kitty still wheezes sometimes but it's a lot better. (Meaning throwing up hairballs more frequently better, but in her case it was. My sister brushes her all the time, too.)

Good luck to you and your baby!

A little high on platelets. A little protein in her urine, but nothing crazy for a 13 year old kitty. She is home. Eating. Keeping our fingers crossed that she just had some passing something or other.

When one of my cats got dehydrated from feeling poorly, my vet told me that cats can get pick up pathogens on their paws, then they lick their paws during grooming, ingest whatever was on the paws and get sick. Vet also said sometimes they eat a bug that disagrees with their digestive system, too.

She is pretty perky today. The sono showed a little thickening of the stomach wall, which could be something or could be nothing 😮
Taking a wait and see how she does approach. She looks a lot better. Not screaming at me.
Thanks for all of the love and concern.
