Philosophical question - What does "Real Peanut Butter" mean?

As I was avoiding a 3pm crash (so I could be productive...like now) I saw the label on these deLISHeeous M&’s and it got me to thinking.

What does that mean “Real Peanut Butter”? I mean there’s a process to make peanut butter sure but don’t the ingredients count more than the process?

I think little red guy is trying to tip us off that’s its a truck.

Okay. Back to the TPS reports.

It's possible to make a paste that is edible and tastes like peanut butter but it is not produced from peanuts.

Fake peanut butter!

The pizza we ordered last week claimed they used “100% Real Cheese”! on the box. I wondered about that, too.

Many things are good on pizza

Peanut butter goes good on many things.

I don’t think peanut butter would work on pizza.

There are a lot of vegan cheeses. There are also a lot of synthetic, nasty cheeses like Velveeta:

Originally Velveeta was made from real cheese. Today, it's mainly whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, milk, fat, and preservatives. By the Food and Drink Administration's standards, that's not real cheese—which is why the FDA forced Kraft to change its label from "cheese spread" to "cheese product." https://www.delish.com/food-news/a48858/facts-about-velveeta/

Do you see this:

That is not real peanut butter.

That is a digital image file which is interpreted by software and displayed on your device to resemble the visual aspects of peanut butter as you perceive the reconstructed image.

It is virtual peanut butter. It is not in M&’s.

You have allowed yourself to be fooled by the illusion of peanut butter.

I have been churning almond milk all day, and I still don’t have almond butter.
