Just re-watched "The King's Speech". Forgotten how great it is.

7. Check Out Colin's Frith's Performance in A Single Man - It Was Oscar Worthy Too But

had the misfortune of competing against the "Dude" Jeff Bridges in Crazy Heart. The Dude had never won and I think that contributed to him winning. Firth's performance was better IMO.
