That whole series was just COLD, man.
3 times in a ROW they go down by 15-18 points ... and win all 3?
JUST BRUTAL.
Tonight, in a Game 4 with a 3-0 lead ... a game the Warriors could've easily afforded to lose, Dray and Steph BOTH pull out triple Doubles, first time in NBA Playoff History two players on one team have ever achieved this? Seriously?
Also, first time in the last 53 years in the NBA, since the 1957-1966 Celtics ... that a team makes it to 5 straight NBA Finals ... last time it happened was my birth year, kinda cool.
Steph also just became the 2nd highest scorer in a 4 game sweep in history, behind only Bird in the early 80's.
Y'all remember when KD went down, and Charles Barkley claimed after the Dubs hung on for a game 5 win against Houston, that 'they won't win another game'? LOL. They haven't LOST in 6 games now, Chuck!
These guys have the Hearts of Champions, it just cannot be denied.
So ... Congrats Lads ... now it's 3-Peat Time!!! Let's close this out!
Grats to Portland fans for a great season, and first NBA finals in 19 years, sorry it went down that way ... if you weren't playing my Dubs, I'd have been rootin' for ya, as I was in 2000. You have an excellent young team, I look forward to more playoffs in the future. Kudos, and thanks for keeping it classy throughout.

(33,643 posts)We had your back, knocking out the Blazers ... honestly I think Nuggets would've given us a better challenge ... might've even gone 7
I almost cried like Embiid when the Nuggets lost game 7.
I hope they bring Michael Porter on next year.
Bucks n Raptors tonight!
Im rooting for the Bucks. I really dont have a preference between these two teams, I just think the game would be fantastic!
