try to catch the documentary Harry and Snowman. It's on Netflix streaming.
It's about a young man who came to America from war torn Holland, who bought an Amish "plow horse" to save it from the glue factory.
Magic happens between them.
Kleenex recommended.

(118,677 posts)1. Reminds me of the Walt Disney Hour.My favourite show as a kid. Plus
we had homemade hamburgers on newspaper while watching that show. Good times. I'll look for it when I'm in the mood for something particularly heartwarming. I don't get Netflix.

Definitely magic. 💕
If you're like me, you'll need a tissue just for this trailer.

(60,010 posts)4. I've had one dog, and now a cat, that is mutally bonded with me
feels like a light buzz of energy when we are interacting. So when Harry said he looked the horse in the eye and just knew he had to have him, makes perfect sense to me.

looks like my guy, now 32 yo and the best trail horse one could wish for. Also spectacular at dressage and looked so dapper dressed up in dressage tack. He's retired now and living the EZ life with me on property. Thanks.
