Love wins: Dog Hugs Journalist At Animal Shelter And Won't Let Go

A journalist covering a story at an animal shelter got swept up in his own story when one of the dogs grabbed hold of him and wouldn’t let go.

In the short video clip posted to reddit, the dog is seen standing up on his hind legs and wrapping himself around the man’s leg.



As the man pets the dog’s head, the dog leans in for more, looking up at the man lovingly.



Redditor NeniuDormo, who shared a video clip of the moment, described it as follows:

“Covering a story at an animal shelter, a journalist was grabbed by this dog and wouldn’t let go."



And in case you thought the moment couldn’t get any sweeter NeniuDormo shared:

“The journalist eventually adopted him!”

With such a display of affection and trust from the dog, it’s the outcome we were hoping for.



But it’s obvious to us from the dog’s reaction that he adopted the journalist first.

The symbiotic relationship between humans and dogs is absolutely wonderful. And he is a lucky guy to find a mate that will cherish him unconditionally. There's not too many people in life you can say that about.
