Working my way through Abbey's The Monkey Wrench Gang

Good gravy, there's a lot of racism and sexism in this book. One of Seldom Seen Smith's comments almost made me rage quit the book in disgust And the entire gang come off as a bit of hypocrites sometimes.

Will give Abbey credit though, I like his descriptions of the Southwest wilderness, and he sure knows how to write lists.
