While in the hospital my only choice for entertainment was cable TV. Anyway, I was watching this program on The Travel Network.... about Ghosts and Ghost hunters. About wandering souls that seem to get lost between Dimensions.
Some of it was pretty scary but my question is this... Dinosaurs were around 65 million years ago. If there are Human ghosts and spirits why are there no Dinosaur ghosts... or Wooly Mammoths? Or sabertooth Tiger Ghosts...?
just for once I would love to see some Ghost Hunter record some EMF signal off the Charts...that could only be a Diplodocus or T-Rex. I mean, come on!

Only humans have souls.
Does that make sense? Never did to me.

(62,416 posts)Yeah, well we never heard Ghost Riders in the Sky in the Catholic liturgy.
Actually, IIRC, they did not believe in ghosts. Only post dead were in purgatory, heaven or hell.
only bad boys like me would believe in ghosts.

(25,857 posts)If the spirits of living things can sometimes hang around after the body has died, perhaps the spirits can only hang out for so long. Not millions of years. Maybe it goes somewhere else, maybe it simply fades away like smoke.
Or, more probably (at least for me) is the dinosaurs and almost all other animals just don't have a spirit essence that survives bodily death.
