7. These are excellent ideas

I especially like the one about the swiss cheese type cast. Could have used that numerous times for casted broken bones, instead of trying to take a shower with a garbage bag wrapped around it.

Casts that cannot get wet is one big reason I haven't had recommended knee surgery. But I'd reconsider if I could have a plastic cast.
