I don't think I can tell him...

So I was heading out to the store and my husband says, "Can you pick up a pack of those berry flavored yogurt drops? You know, the one with the rabbit on the package?"

It's really not his fault. We don't own a rabbit. I just keep rabbit food on hand for very cold winter days...for the wild rabbits of course.

My Dad had to tell me how disappointed he was in these special crackers he just bought - "just no taste!" he said."But they are supposed to be healthy!"

Blue Buffalo BLUE Health Bars With Bacon, Egg & Cheese - Healthy! Holistic!

He roared with laughter when I called him out to tell him I was pretty sure that Blue Buffalo was dog food - and he couldn't believe it until he took a closer look at the package.
<fine print> Natural Biscuits for Dogs
"Hmmm - omg, you are right! I wondered why there was a dog on the back of the package!"

Yes, he is getting cognitive decline, but to be fair, they really don't call out the dog biscuit attribute except in fine print - check it out.

Anyway - that was fun!

It reminds me of something I heard once about a woman telling her nurse that the hospital food was pretty good except for the Kentucky jam on the nightstand she was putting on her toast - it turned out to be KY Jelly....

I used to get those for hamsters, and they did look and smell good.

Some of the doggie donuts and cookies in the pet supply places look very appealing, and the various seafood combos for cats sound downright decadent.

squirrels.
Our 55 yr. old son came to visit and started eating them. No one noticed it until he said "These aren't very good peanuts!"

Mr. Shraby let him know why.
