Who we lost in 2018.......

At the end of every year, there are articles and tv news stories on folks, well known and not so well known, who have left us in the past year. So I thought I'd take a look at DU's "In Memoriam" page to see who were the DUer's who went to the great beyond in 2018 and mention them in a post. To my surprise there is no one listed for 2018. While on one hand that is great news to know that we didn't lose anyone this past year, I find it hard to believe. I seem to recall just recently a thread about a long time DU'er nearing the end of the trail.

Maybe it's because we no longer have the "Ask the Administrator" page where you can actually communicate with the DU Administrators and ask them to add someone's name to the "In Memoriam" page.

Anyway, if you know of a DUer who has left us during 2018, list their name here so we can give them a final goodbye.

BTW, the "In Memoriam" page is listed at the bottom of every page.

2. I remember the posts about Jeff's pal Chloe and was very touched by your posts.

Don't remember seeing the post about JeffR a year and a half later. Thanks for letting us remember him.

3. I miss both of them.

The house is too quite without Chloe. She always made a racket for an hour around sundown.

As for Jeff: he would call 10 (or more) times a day while he was moving 18 wheels down the road. These days I have trouble finding my cell phone cause it rarely rings.
