(2,009 posts)We had one at work who was enchanted with the windows on our building. Until we came in one Monday morning and one of the panes had a shatter-pattern with an obvious point of impact a couple feet off the ground.
So, yeah, they can have some power when they decide to attack that other turkey in the window. I can understand the homeowners being reluctant to get within range.

(34,422 posts)That was a big effing bird and he wasn't going anyplace. I'd be tempted to call 911, too, if I saw that thing strutting around on my couch.
