9. I've actually met Captain Morgan. It was many years ago at a festival in Lake Charles Louisiana.

10. Pet store named him Captain Morgan. I've tried to change it over the

years because Captain Morgan was a marauder, as a Jamaican friend always reminds me, and I found out he was a slave owner when he retired from pirating. But nothing else sticks to my cat in the name department.

11. The oldest of our 3, who is 13, is sitting on my lap, purring away.

He is part ragdoll (the look, not the laid back personality) so he has off-white fur. I am, of course, wearing black.

One of the two 6 year olds(who are not related) is curled up in her soft bed that is near the kitchen heat vent. The other one, our big guy at 15 pounds of sleek muscle, is camped out by the heat vent in the foyer - a current favorite spot. The furnace is not on right now, but the door is still warm.

she digs the claws of one front paw into my arm, it gives her leverage for intense grooming action.

20. Mine invites me to rub his belly then after enjoying it for a while he will

attack me with his claws. No warning. So I now only rub his belly for short times. He's training me.
