They look more like extra nubs than toes. It's not really obvious. People stare, know there's something not quite right, so it takes a minute or two for them to go, "Oh" - I can see it play across their faces once they figure it out. lol

That and they turn their gaze away as quickly as possible once they realize what they are seeing.

I enjoy their discomfort.

Well, they shouldn't stare.
