I have streaming video on my TV. Pluto TV is free with commercials just like your old antenna local channels. They have a channel about cats and another about animals. He also has movies, sports, news, games, tv channels. The creator and owner is a young man of liberal persuasion located in Phoenix. He advertises and is mentioned on msn.com.

I have no affiliation with Pluto TV, not an advertisement.

Each day I walk past a 50# Alpo dog food bag
and that dog is on it! Makes it my dog.

I cannot play the video above for some reason (old computer)
but that's my dog!
