Theres been talk of a Titanic replica ever since the movie set box-office records. This particular businessman first announced his plans in 2012, with the ship to sail in 2016...then 2018...now 2022. My guess for the delays is that he has yet to raise enough funds to pay for a used copy of the DVD.
When they actually begin construction and lay the keel, Ill start paying attention. Until then, I suspect well sooner see a remake of the movie than the ship.
