having no intention of paying I kept the ticket. When I saw my neighbors car downtown one day, I went and slipped it under the wiper and went home.
I told my kids who were best friends with the neighbor kids.

Just as we thought, later that evening the neighbors came over and the wife started telling me how she had gotten a ticket today. Not only that, the ticket was from Wisconsin Dells - a town they had never been in. Then they both were going nuts trying to figure out what the hell happened? Should they pay the ticket? What happens if they don't pay?

I asked if they checked the license number on the ticket just to make sure it was their car? Yep they figured it out. I told them I had 'lost' the ticket.............
