Subtle reference to Star Wars in Sabrina movie remake?

Ever since I saw the 1995 remake starring Harrison Ford and Julia Ormand of the 1954 movie Sabrina starring Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn, I have wondered if a line spoken by Harrison Ford (Linus Larabee) was a subtle reference to one spoken by Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) in Star Wars, which Harrison Ford was also in, as Han Solo.

Linus Larabee in the Sabrina remake: "Help me, Sabrina fair. You're the only one who can."

Princess Leia in Star Wars: "Help me, Obi Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."

Do you think Linus Larabee's/Harrison Ford's line in the Sabrina remake was a reference to Star Wars?

I was never a big Star Wars fan and saw the movie just once (when it first came out), but when I heard the line in the Sabrina remake a couple years ago, I immediately thought of Star Wars.
